Oracle University has partnered with Kaplan IT Learning to offer authorized Oracle certification practice exams under two provider names, Self Test Software and Transcender. Both providers offer the highest quality products for Oracle Certification test preparation.
The Oracle Authorized practice exams from Kaplan IT Learning are variants of the same product and exam candidates should purchase only one. The products share some of the same content but are targeted toward different segments of Oracle certification candidates. Transcender practice exams are meant to cover all the information a candidate needs to know to become certified. There are more practice questions and the Transcender test engine offers multiple preset exams that prepare the candidate for the live exam. Self Test Software practice exams have the same quality content, but contain fewer practice questions and offer one certification-mode practice test. This is because not everyone who aspires to Oracle certification is new to the technology and many only want to know what they need to pass the exams.
Siebel practice exams are currently available through Oracle University.

If you have an Oracle.com account but have not yet logged on to i-Learning (OUKC), you must sign up for a free trial account to access the Siebel practice exams:
- Go to the Oracle University Home Page.
- Click the link in the upper-right corner to sign up for a free Web account.
- Sign in and update your profile.
- After you have created an account or updated your profile for an existing account:
- Click Knowledge Center in the left navigation column.
- Click the Free Trial link.
- Follow the instructions to sign up for a free trial.
- To access Siebel practice exams:
- Go back to the Knowledge Center page.
- Click the Access Knowledge Center button.
- Siebel practice exams are at the bottom of page 2 and on page 3.
