Prepare for Class: Review Audio Requirements

Using Teleconferencing

To access the audio portion of the class , you can either use audio through your computer or standard teleconferencing.

  • If you are using audio through your computer, you will need a USB or analog headset with an integrated microphone to hear and speak during class.
    IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are on a restricted network that does not allow you to use audio through your computer, join the audio portion of your class using standard teleconferencing.
  • If you are using standard teleconferencing, you will need to dial one of the Toll or Toll Free numbers listed below, with the Conference ID and Security Pass code provided for the class. (Telephone required; speakerphone or headset recommended. Avoid use of a cell phone if possible).
  • For students located outside the United States/Canada: If audio through your computer does not work, we encourage that you use Internet Telephony solution such as Skype to dial in to the US Toll-Free number. While Oracle does not formally support or endorse these telephony solutions, many LVC students use them regularly without issue. If you run into any issues, our support staff will do their best to assist you.
