OCP Information for Oracle PartnerNetwork Members

Gold, Platinum and Diamond level OPN members are entitled to a 100% discount on the list price of a limited number of the Oracle Certification production exams (discount does not apply to beta exams). You may not combine any other promotions with the OPN Program discount. Discounts must be applied at the time of scheduling your Oracle Certification exam. 100% discount is not available on OCM exams.

To receive the discount you must provide an Electronic Voucher number. Electronic vouchers are provided to the primary adminstrators at partner companies on an annual basis by partner level:

• Gold partners receive two 100% discount vouchers per year with an additional 2 vouchers provided when the company achieves specialization.
• Platium partners receive eight 100% discount vouchers per year.
• Diamond partners receive eight 100% discount vouchers per year.

Candidates should contact the primary administrator at their company to inquire about 100% vouchers. Oracle is not responsible for distribution of these vouchers.

Attention: It is critical that as an OPN Member-Related Candidate, you associate your Pearson VUE profile to your company by entering the correct and current OPN Company ID. If you do not complete this step you will not receive credit for your certification. If you are using an OPN discount voucher as your payment method, you are required to have a Pearson VUE profile with a current OPN Company ID. If your profile does not include an OPN Company ID, you will NOT be allowed to complete your exam registration with an OPN discount voucher.

To take advantage of this discount, you must follow these steps:

1. Purchase your discount voucher from Oracle University
2. Create or update your web account with Pearson VUE
3. Register for your exam at Pearson VUE using your discount voucher

3. To purchase online, follow links below. You can also go to www.oracle.com/education and perform a search on 'exam'.
Please note you must purchase vouchers for the correct exam. All Oracle exams are available through Pearson VUE. Vouchers are not interchangable between test types. Please be sure you purchase the correct voucher.
4. In order to receive your 20% or 25% partner discount on the voucher purchase, you should provide your OPN Education Discount Agreement Number in the appropriate field in the ordering process.

1. Go to www.pearsonvue.com/oracle.
2. Select My Account.
3. Select Create a Web Account.
4. Enter your personal information and be sure to pay close attention to the section entitled Previous Testing History.
   1. If you have taken Oracle certification tests before (through Prometric), you should select "Yes, I have tested with Oracle Certification Program before." And you should be sure to enter your Oracle Candidate ID (previously referred to as Prometric ID) in the space provided.
   2. This step allows any previous exams you have taken to be linked to any future exams you will take through Pearson VUE so that all of your exam records will be under the same ID. Multiple IDs will cause your certification to not be generated properly and will delay your success kit so this step is important.
5. On the next screen you will enter your address and contact information.
6. The next screen, Additional Information, is a very important screen as well. This is the screen where OPN members will enter their company's OPN Company ID so that they will receive the OPN Certified Specialist designation and their company will receive credit toward specific OPN specializations on the company level. This will also determine whether or not they can use an OPN discount voucher on the Pearson VUE website.
   1. If you are a member of a partner organization, select Yes.

   2. Enter your company's OPN Company ID.
   3. Enter the name of your company as it appears in your OPN Member information.
   4. Enter your Corporate email address in the last field.

If you already have a web account created at www.pearsonvue.com/oracle, you can update your account to add your company's OPN Company ID by following the steps below.

1. Go to www.pearsonvue.com/oracle.
2. Select My Account.
3. Sign In.
4. Select Update Profile.
5. Select Additional Information.
6. Select Oracle Certification Program.
7. Here you will be able to enter the information in number 6 above.

1. Go to www.pearsonvue.com/oracle.
2. Select Schedule a Test.
3. Select Proctored or Non-proctored
4. Sign In

Proctored

1. Select the checkbox next to the exam you'd like to take.
2. Select language and click Next
3. Locate a testing center near you by defining the search criteria.
4. Select a testing center near you and click Next
5. Select a date and an available appointment time and click Select Appointment
6. Click Next
7. Review your appointment details to be sure that they are correct
8. If you have a discount voucher number (the voucher you purchased from Oracle University), you will enter it at the bottom of this page in the Voucher Number field and select Apply Voucher. Your balance will reflect the discount
9. On the next screen you will need to enter payment information to cover the remaining balance if there is any.
10. On the next screen, you will review your order and confirm. If all information is correct, select Confirm Order. You will only be allowed to confirm your order after selecting the checkbox beside "I have read and agree to the check-in and reschedule/cancellation policies." Be sure to familiarize yourself with these policies. Exceptions will not apply.
11. The next page will present your exam receipt. If you need an exam receipt for your records or for reimbursement, PRINT THIS PAGE. This is your exam receipt.
12. You will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation email can also be used as a receipt for reimbursement purposes.Please note that Pearson VUE will not be able to provide any other receipt for payment this will be your only receipt so you should keep this receipt.

Non-Proctored

1. Select Exam Catalog
2. Select Add beside the exam you wish to take
3. Enter your voucher number (the one you purchased from Oracle University) in the Voucher Code field on the next page and select Add beside the Voucher Code box. The new exam balance will be reflected by Order Total.
4. Select Check Out.
5. Provide payment information to apply payment to the balance after your discount.
6. Review your order details and select Place Your Order.
7. You will receive a confirmation email that will serve as your receipt for this exam. Please save this confirmation email to your records to use for any reimbursement purposes.

Please note that Pearson VUE will not be able to provide any other receipt for payment this will be your only receipt so you should keep this receipt.

OPN Education Discount Agreement Number: This is the number that the candidate will need to enter at www.oracle.com/education when purchasing the voucher number referenced above. This number will ensure that candidates receive the appropriate discount when purchasing the Voucher number from Oracle University.

Voucher: This is the discount number that is purchased from Oracle University. The candidate will provide this number during exam registration at www.pearsonvue.com/oracle on the Review Appointment Details screen.

OPN Company ID: This is the number that the candidate will need to enter at www.pearsonvue.com/oracle when creating the web account or updating the web account to indicate that he or she is a member of a partner organization. This will make the candidate eligible for the OPN Certified Specialist designation and will ensure that the candidate's certification counts toward their company's specialization.
