.-Self-Study CD-ROMs are licensed on a named user basis. A "named user" is an individual authorized by you to use the products which are installed on a single server, regardless of whether the individual is actively using the product at any given time, and is not transferable. You must order an individual copy of each Self-Study CD-ROM for every individual who will use the training.
.-Applicable sales tax will be added to the purchase price of all Self-Study CD-ROM products.
.-Self-Study CD ROM will be made available to you for electronic download at the electronic delivery web site located at the URL you will be provided with in your order confirmation. Self -Study CD-ROM products are non-refundable and may not be returned once received.
.-If you want a physical copy of the Self-Study CD-ROM, please contact your Oracle University Sales Representative.
LIVE VIRTUAL CLASS (LVC) ACCESS POLICY.-You are prohibited from allowing unregistered individuals to view your LVC event.
.-You may not make unauthorized recordings, copies, or transmissions of LVC event content.
