Driving Directions

• From the Vancouver International Airport
  (Approximate travel time is 25 minutes)
  
  • When you exit the airport, you will be on the Grant McConachie Way. Follow the signs reading ""Vancouver City Center"" until you cross the Arthur Lang Bridge.
  • Stay in the right lane. When almost at the end of the bridge, take the SW Marine Drive exit until you reach Granville Street.
  • Turn right onto Granville Street. Travel approximately 7 km (4 miles), following the ""Vancouver City Center"" signs until you cross the Granville Bridge.
  • At the end of the Granville Bridge, take the Seymour Street exit (on your right). Continue on Seymour Street until you intersect Dunsmuir Street.
  • Turn left onto Dunsmuir Street.
  • Continue on Dunsmuir until you intersect Burrard Street.
  • Turn right onto Burrard Street. Continue driving until you reach Pender Street.
  • There is street parking and underground parking
  • In order to park underground, you will have to turn left on Pender Street.
  • You will then see Parkade signs on your left.
• From the U.S.A. & Canada Border
  (Approximate travel time is 1 hour)
  
  • At the Peace Arch Border Crossing, Interstate 5 becomes Highway 99 in British Columbia.
  • Continue on Highway 99 North, following the signs to Vancouver. You will cross the municipalities of White Rock, Delta and Richmond. Continue to follow the signs and cross the Oak Street Bridge.
  • After entering the City of Vancouver, turn left onto 70th Street.
  • Continue on 70th Street until you reach Granville Street.
  • Turn right onto Granville Street. Travel approximately 7 km (4 miles), following the ""Vancouver City Center"" signs until you cross the Granville Bridge.
  • At the end of the Granville Bridge, take the Seymour Street exit (on your right). Continue on Seymour Street until you intersect West Georgia Street.
  • Turn left on West Georgia Street
  • Continue on West Georgia until you intersect Burrard Street.
  • Turn Right on Burrard Street.
  • Continue driving until you reach Pender Street.
  • There is street parking and underground parking.
  • In order to park underground, you will have to turn left on Pender Street.
  • You will then see Parkade signs on your left.
• From Highway 1 (At Hope)
  (Approximate travel time is 1.5 hours)
  
  • Using Hope as a point of origin, travel west along Highway 1 towards Vancouver.
  • Following Highway 1 all the way into Vancouver and take the Hastings Street exit.
  • Travel west along Hastings for approximately 8 km, or 15 minutes.
  • Once you have entered the downtown core, Seymor Street will intersect with Hastings -- use this as a marker. Continue driving on West Hastings for 5 blocks. The last main cross street before the building is Burrard Street.
  • Turn left on Burrard Street.
  • Drive for 1 block. The next intersection should be Pender Street
  • There is street parking and underground parking.
  • In order to park underground, you will have to turn right on Pender Street.
  • You will then see Parkade signs on your left
